About
I've always been fascinated by what helps people grow.
Leadership coach, facilitator, and learning experience designer, grounded in applied improvisation.

Why do some leaders inspire confidence while others struggle to be heard? Why do some teams embrace change while others resist it? What helps people communicate with clarity and confidence, especially when the stakes are high?
Those questions have shaped my career for more than twenty years. I help leaders, managers, and professionals communicate with greater confidence, lead more effectively, and navigate change through coaching, facilitation, and experiential learning.
The skills that make great improvisers (listening deeply, thinking on their feet, embracing uncertainty, building on ideas, and staying present) are the same skills that help people become exceptional leaders, communicators, and collaborators.
I’m also the author of Executive Presence Improv Style, where I explore how improvisation principles help professionals communicate with greater confidence, authenticity, and presence.
